STREATOR – A random sampling of Streator residents taken online via a mailed postcard invitation will be used to help guide the community leaders in how best to use open space and parks. The Streator City Council recently created a new Parks & Open Spaces Board to advise them on matters related to open space planning. In a release by the Community Development Director, Jeremy Palm, he urges citizens to take the time to complete the survey. The cards should start arriving to residents by the end of next week.
