LASALLE – A LaSalle man is facing felony charges for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance after an early morning cocaine arrest Thursday. According to the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team, 24 year old D’Andre R Henderson was arrested after a search warrant was executed in the 500 block of First Street. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Tactical Team, Peru Police, and Tri-Dent took part in the raid as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged narcotic sales. Henderson was taken to the LaSalle County Jail and is being held on $1,000,000 bond.
Henderson was previously arrested on Tuesday after a traffic stop by LaSalle Police for possession of an alleged controlled substance. The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team is made up of officers from LaSalle, Bureau and Putnam Counties.
