SPRING VALLEY – A crash that delayed traffic on Interstate-80 near the RT-89 Interchange on Wednesday had no injuries, but did occupy one lane Eastbound for three hours. According to the Illinois State Police an Atlanta, Georgia man was driving a tractor trailer loaded with 22,000 lbs of dry goods when he allegedly lost control of the vehicle and overturned it before 8 AM on Wednesday. The driver and a passenger, a man from Galesburg, refused medical treatment. The driver was ticketed with improper lane usage.
