OTTAWA – The resurfacing and widening of 4-H Road in Ottawa has begun according to Road Commissioner James Less. In addition to the road being upgraded, a new sidewalk will also be put into place. The construction is expected to last until September. Detours may be required at times and drivers that travel through the area often are advised to seek alternate routes for the duration of the project.
