LASALLE – A LaSalle man is facing felony charges for Fentanyl after a buy/bust operation by the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team. In a release Tr-Dent announced that 31-year-old Kevin C. Billups was arrested on Thursday afternoon in the 5200 block of Trompeter Road in Peru. They allege that Billups delivered to agents less than a gram of Fentanyl. He was taken to the LaSalle County Jail where he is being held on $500,000 bond.
