MARSEILLES – Marseilles Police Department Investigator Jacob Callahan was awarded a commendation by the local Veterans of Foreign Wars on Saturday in Springfield. He was awarded for his work on a murder investigation involving a baby.This is Callahan’s second time being recognized for his service. The City of Marseilles states they are proud of Detective Callahan and appreciates his hard work and dedication in a post on social media.
