MENDOTA – A woman was seen purchasing items with counterfeit 100 dollar bills, Friday, according to Mendota Police. Numerous reports from local businesses claim a female subject was purchasing items with fake 100 dollar bills. Anyone who may know the identity of the subject, or has any information regarding these crimes, is urged to contact the Mendota Police Department at (815) 539-9331.
