PERU – A new hotel could coming to the north side of Peru. An ordinance was passed Monday night at the Peru City Council Meeting to approve and authorize the execution of a TIF District redevelopment project between the city and Sidlyd Phi, LLC  to build an 88 room Hilton Hotel. The 12 million dollar project will be located on the 1839/1841 May Road property. Alderman David Puthoff says the project is part one of major economic development in the city.
