KENDALL – One man is dead after a two vehicle accident in in Kendall County, Monday morning. 44-year-old Scott Weber of Plainfield was traveling southbound on Grove Road after 8:30 a.m. when he failed to stop for traffic on Route 52. He was then struck by an eastbound truck tractor semi-trailer in the middle of the intersection. The drivers from both vehicles were transported to area hospitals for injuries. Weber was pronounced deceased and the driver of the commercial motor vehicle sustained non-life threatening injuries. Illinois State Police are investigating this crash and there is no further information at this time.
