Tri-Dent Arrest Three in Streator Drug Sales Investigation

STREATOR – Three Streator men are in jail after a Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team investigation this week. In a release Wednesday by Trident, Heroin and Cocaine sales investigations culminated in three arrests earlier this week.
On Tuesday afternoon, 32-year-old Darryl D. Gullens was taken into custody in the 400 block of North Wisconsin Ave for Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance after allegedly delivering over 15 grams of purported heroin to Tri-Dent Agents. Also on Tuesday afternoon, 31-year-old Michael S. Magana was arrested in the 500 block of Montgomery Street for Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance after allegedly delivering over one gram of purported cocaine to Tri-Dent Agents.
Finally on Wednesday morning 23-year-old Khalid M. Norwood was taken into custody by the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance after allegedly delivering over one gram of purported cocaine to Tri-Dent Agents. Magana and Norwood are being held at the LaSalle County Jail on one million dollars bond, while Gullens is being held on two millions dollars bond.
