MORRIS – The Morris Police Department is looking for a Joliet man who may be connected to a murder earlier this month. Police say a warrant for homicide has been put out for 32 year old Kasim K.E. Baker of Joliet. His whereabouts are unknown. Baker allegedly may be responsible for the death of 65 year old Daniel Smiley. He was found deceased in a residence on March 8th.
