MAGNOLIA – A coffee shop in Magnolia is changing the way you take your coffee. Sally Sues Coffee Shop stands by three core values: being kind to your body, kind to the environment and being kind to one another. Owned and run by a health conscious family, Tyler Reaska says it’s no ordinary coffee shop. The fair traded organic coffee shop runs its roasting facility in house, making 300 pounds of coffee an hour. Raeska says he strives to bring the nutritional aspect back to coffee. He says if he can offer a product similar to popular competitors with a cleaner, healthier option it can create huge impact to the community. The coffee shop is located at 110 N. Chicago Street with hours of operation Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
