MENDOTA – A new resource officer for Mendota High School was sworn in at a city council meeting, Monday. Officer Officer Chad Hochstatter was sworn in as the newest member of the Mendota Police Department. Hochstatter will enter Mendota Township High School this fall. This position was made possible by a cooperative agreement with the high school and police department that began in November.
