OGLESBY- Illinois Valley Community College is still hopeful that a regional dispatch center will be coming to their campus. At the facilities committee meeting Tuesday, IVCC President Jerry Corcoran said that an unnamed city official recently contacted him to see if they were still interested. Illinois Valleys Regional Dispatch Center is currently stationed at the Peru Police Department.
