SHABBONA – The Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information into a series of car burglaries in Shabbona this week. According to the Dekalb County Crime Stoppers, at some time during the overnight hours of Tuesday and Wednesday, several car burglaries and two shed burglaries occurred in the 400 and blocks of West. Cherokee Avenue in Shabbona. Police say several items went missing from the vehicles and sheds including cash and tools.
