SPRING VALLEY – On September 17th through the 23rd, American’s carry on the tradition of paying tribute to the most important document of the United States. Constitution Week commemorates the liberties and unalienable rights of every American, an observance founded by the Daughters of American Revolution in 1955. In Spring Valley, Mayor Walt Marini passed a proclamation to honor the tradition. Daughters of the American Revolution member, Linda Byrd presented a poster to council reminding them to honor the bravery and determination of our patriots during the Revolutionary War this week.
