Motorcycle Vest Found on Interstate; Social Media Used to Try to Find Owner

TONICA- A motorcyclist lost an article of clothing and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources Fire Department wants to get it back to the owner.   It was found on I-39 south of Tonica near mile market 48.   They ask if it is yours or you know the owner to message them on Facebook
