Forensic Pathologist Takes Stand For Defense in Cusick Trial

OTTAWA – A Forensic Pathologist testified Wednesday for the defense in the Kenneth Cusick Murder Trial in Ottawa.  Dr. Christopher Milroy, who reviewed Cusick’s late wife’s toxicology and both previous autopsy reports, told jurors that caution must be taken when examining the neck during a second autopsy.  According to Dr. Milroy, discoloration of the skin can look like bruising and that the neck could have been damaged after dissection and manipulation during the first autopsy.  52-year-old Cusick is accused of drowning his wife Tracy in a toilet in 2006.
