LASALLE – Around 20 businesses have flocked to the city of LaSalle in 2019. Economic Development Director Katheryn Koyak says in just three weeks three storefronts were filled. Koyak says once a business relocated to First street, more businesses came along filling in the empty spaces. As Economic Development Director, Koyak puts together an annual report of businesses that come and go. According to her list, we can expect Thornton’s Gas, Dollar General and a community center.
