LASALLE – Two Boy Scouts from Troop 720 in LaSalle attended Monday night’s city council meeting. 12-year-old Ian Shelton and 13-year-old Thomas McDunnin are on their way to getting a merit badge in citizenship for their sashes. Troop leader Dave Pytel says the boys are aiming to achieve Eagle Scout status. Mayor Jeff Grove says Monday’s meeting was a great opportunity for the troops to listen in on some concerns of residents concerns and city business.
