OGLESBY – The parents of a 21-year-old Sheridan man who was killed at an Aurora factory shooting have created a scholarship in his memory. The Trevor Melvin Wehner Scholarship will be awarded at Illinois Valley Community College to a female and male student annually for tuition, books and related expenses. Wehner, who was interning at the Henry Pratt Company in Aurora, was one of five people killed in the February 15, 2019 shooting. Wehner graduated from IVCC in 2017 and was a senior at Northern Illinois University.
