STREATOR – After a unanimous recommendation from the Plan Commission, Streator City Council voted Wednesday night to approve a zoning request for operation of an adult-use cannabis craft growing facility. Llerem, Illinois Inc will operate this medical marijuana craft growing facility east of Illinois Street and south of 12th Street in Streator. This comes just a month after Llerem, Illinois was granted a special use permit for a similar facility on East Hickory Street.
