LASALLE – Lighted Way in LaSalle announced Monday afternoon that their drive-thru spaghetti dinner scheduled for that evening will be held Tuesday, June 2nd, from 4-7:30pm instead. Executive Director Jessica Kreiser said that the fundraising dinner has been moved due to safety concerns because of potential protests. Individuals wishing to purchase dinner do not need to have a ticket ahead of time, and can pay when entering the drive-thru line at Uptown Grill. Kreiser explained that the drive-thru dinner costs $10, and the funds they raise will be used to replace P.E. equipment and to improve the school’s sensory room.
