OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department confirmed Thursday an additional four COVID-19 cases, bringing the total since the pandemic began to 175 cases. The additional cases were found in three men and a woman, ages ranging from their teens to their 50’s. The health department has also been tracking those that have been considered free from symptoms, and report 116 now are considered recovered from the novel coronavirus. The county has had 16 deaths related to COVID-19. Marseilles is the hardest hit, with 43 reported cases, followed by Sheriden and Ottawa both with 23, and Mendota with 21 residents testing positive.
