OTTAWA – Work being done by the Otter Creek Wind Farm will result in N. 12th Road between IL Route 18 and E. 26th Road closed on Thursday. The LaSalle County Highway Department announced that the portion of N. 12th Road between 8am and 5pm. Detours will not be posted and local residents are urged to seek alternative routes.
