SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 1,317 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the state, with 25 additional deaths. This is the most cases announced in a single day since June 2nd. The IDPH has reported 151,767 total cases since the start of the pandemic, along with 7,144 deaths in 102 counties of Illinois.
