DWIGHT – A ten year old Dwight girl was honored Monday for her quick thinking in an emergency.   On May 31st Marissa Krolak called 911 when she was alarmed by her babysitters strange behavior.   Officers from Dwight PD and the Livingston County Sheriffs Office arrived and found the babysitter was having a diabetic emergency. Dwight EMS and Dwight Fire treated the babysitter who had a dangerously low blood sugar.  Because of her quick thinking and bravery she undoubtedly saved the life of the babysitter. Within two hours the babysitter would have gone into cardiac arrest.
