DIXON – Saturday DeKalb, Lee and seven other counties in northwestern Illinois will be adding restrictions due to COVID-19. The Illinois Department of Public Health announced that due to 8 days of positivity increases and four days of hospital admission increases, Region 1 will be having to comply to resurgence mitigation, including no indoor service at bars and restaurants, with no dancing or congregating outside, and indoor social events limited to 25% of room capacity or 25 guests, whichever is fewer.
