PERU – Trick-or-treating will still be happening in the cities of Peru and LaSalle this year. At Monday night’s city council meeting, officials from the city of Peru explained that trick-or-treating will be on Halloween, Saturday, October 31st, from 5-7 PM, the same time as LaSalle trick-or-treating. The city will have safety guidelines for those participating to follow posted on their website and social media as the holiday approaches.
