MENDOTA – A Mendota man was injured when he collided with a vehicle while riding a bicycle. The Mendota Police Department say on Wednesday around 3:30 PM they were called to the intersection of Washington Street and 10th Ave for the report of a crash. Authorities say a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Lynn M Hann of Oswego allegedly was struck by 76-year-old George Ruetner of Mendota on a bicycle. Ruetner was taken to OSF St. Paul and his current condition is not known. The crash is still under investigation by the Mendota Police Department.
