PONTIAC – Twenty-three more residents of Livingston County have tested positive for COVID-1. The Livingston County Health Department on Wednesday said that 3,106 residents have tested positive for the novel coronavirus since the start of the pandemic. Currently, 172 cases remain active and 56 individuals have died in Livingston County due to complications of COVID-19 since the beginning of the year.
