PERU – Peru Police have released still images of a video they say may show a vehicle involved in a possible abduction Monday morning. Shortly before 5 AM authorities say a person living near 7th and Plum St. called 9-1-1 reporting hearing a female screaming for help. Although early in the investigation, Peru Police Chief Doug Bernabei stated they are not sure the age of the female that could have been taken, but estimate her age to be anywhere from early teens to late twenties. Law enforcement reportedly collected evidence from the scene indicating the victim was taken against her will. Video surveillance shows the suspect vehicle to be a large white SUV, possibly a Ford.
