OTTAWA – The Grundy County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of an Ottawa woman whose vehicle was discovered in the water at Heidecke Lake on Saturday morning. They say 26-year-old Natalie C. Conrad was pronounced deceased at the scene. An autopsy was performed on Sunday afternoon and results are pending toxicology and further investigation by Grundy County Coroner’s Office, The Illinois Department of Natural Resources and Illinois State Police.
