A 29-year-old man from Florida attempted to light his cigarette with a toaster and it sparked a fight and a stabbing. The man has a history of domestic violence and started arguing with another person in the home who had an issue with how he lit the cigarette. The 29-year-old jumped that man, punched him, and put him in a chokehold. Another family member feared that he was going to kill the other man and stabbed him in the back. The victim was also stabbed in the shoulder. Neither were life threatening injuries. After being treated at the hospital he was released into police custody and has bond set at $22,500.
