Hot vs cold, which coffee is healthier for you?


Hot coffee has higher levels of antioxidants than cold brew.  Antioxidants are responsible for several of the health benefits you get from coffee, such as a lower risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and premature death.  Just smelling hot coffee in the morning can wake you up and make you feel less stressed, one whiff of hot coffee in the morning is enough to reduce the effects of sleep deprivation like stress and tiredness.  It can also put you in a better mood as well.
Cold brews typically have less caffeine, which helps those who enjoy coffee but may get shaky from hot coffee.  Iced coffee is also a good source of antioxidants, which can help protect you against heart attacks.  It is also less acidic and easier on your digestive system.
