A 67-year-old woman from Indiana is facing charges for allegedly stealing $2,000 from a roadside fruit and vegetable stand that was on the honor system. She would reach into the money box and make it appear as if she was making change and leaves with a wad of cash. The family who owns the stand noticed missing money and put up security cameras and caught her red handed.
She tried to deny she had been out there and stated she had dementia and couldn’t drive. She is now facing 18 counts of felony theft.
