OTTAWA – The open seat on the Illinois Supreme Court to fill the seat of Justice Thomas Kilbride appears set to go to Justice Mary O’Brien, who has a lead over Justice Michael Burke. In the 13th Judicial Circuit seat, Democratic Judge Christina Cantlin fell to Republican Grundy County State’s Attorney Jason Helland.
