A man referred to as “Mr. T.” worked for a business consulting firm in Paris, France. The company regularly had parties where there was excessive drinking and hazing. Mr. T. chose not to partake in these parties and was eventually fired for “not being fun enough”.
He sued the company and has been awarded$500,000.
