BOURNEMOUTH, UK — A homeowner ordered a sofa from an online retailer designersofas4u.co.uk after moving into a brand new house in Bournemouth. The company that designs handmade furniture came out to the home prior to delivery to assess and make sure the sofa would be able to get to the space it would be in. When the delivery people arrived, it got wedged in the stairwell, causing damage to the brand-new walls of the owner’s newly built home. The delivery people told the homeowner that they had no time to move the wedged couch and left. The owner took to social media and was able to get some help moving the couch. Plus the company that designed the couch is paying for the damages and making a new replacement couch.
