SCARSDALE, N.J. — A 12-year-old boy in Scardale, New Jersey created his first breaking news report that also aired on News 12. A semi with 42,000 pounds of frozen french fries went under an overpass and the top of the truck ripped off like the lid of a sardine can. This caused a backup on the expressway that his teacher got stuck in, he reports that his teacher made it to school on time and that all of the french fries have gotten to where they needed to go.
