BOCA RATON, FL — A 35-year-old man in Florida asked his friend to go get something out of the car and when the friend said no, he pointed his gun at him and pulled the trigger. He had done this previously multiple times and thought the gun was not loaded this time as well. Unfortunately for his friend, it was loaded this time and he was shot in the arm.
The man contacted authorities and when they arrived they found the friend with a belt around his arm in a makeshift tourniquet. The injured party received medical care is will recover. The friend was arrested and charged with culpable negligence that inflicted harm.
