BLOOMINGTON, IN — An Indiana man is facing arson and drug paraphernalia charges after a small explosion. He had set his 1998 Buick on fire to prevent thieves from stealing items from inside. When police arrived there was a small explosion from the vehicle to which the man stated “I hoped the explosions would be bigger.” The police found drug paraphernalia on his person, however, it is still unclear what the items were in the vehicle that he was trying to “protect”.
