WYANET – A Wyanet man is facing felony charges for unlawful use of a credit card and theft over $500 after a search of his home by authorities on Thursday. The Bureau County Sheriff’s Office say they, along with the Department of Natural Resources, Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the TRI-Dent Narcotics Task Force, executed a search warrant at the home of 28-year-old Brandon M. Daily. Officials claim they located several items that had been taken from a Henry County residence four weeks prior. Daily was taken into custody at an address in Buda and transported to the Bureau County Jail.
