Japan flight gets turned around for curfew violation

JAPAN — A flight leaving Tokyo was told to U-turn minutes before landing in Fukuoka for breaking curfew.  They were not permitted to land because they would be landing too late for the airport, by minutes.  The flight was rerouted to Osaka, however they were not able to accommodate the flight carrying more than 300 passengers with travel and hotels.  They were then U-turned back to Tokyo and flew back out the next morning after the airline provided hotels for all of the passengers.
