Ottawa restaurant damaged during overnight fire

 
OTTAWA – A restaurant in Ottawa sustained damage after an overnight fire. Around 11:45 PM Saturday the Ottawa Fire Department was called to the 800 block of East Norris Drive for a structure with heavy smoke and flames coming from a second story structure that was attached to the roof. It took firefighters about 30 minutes to control the blaze at The New Brite Spot restaurant. The cause of the fire remains under investigation and no injuries were reported.
