PERU – The license of a Peru massage business has been revoked. Chief Doug Bernabei stated authorities entered the premises in the 3800 block of Progress Boulevard and notified the owner of alleged violations. The business, known as Lily Massage Spa, was red tagged and the license to operate in the city of Peru has been pulled. Agents reportedly spent hours of surveillance both in person and by video plus interviewed past customers. An investigation into potential criminal violations is ongoing by the Peru Police Department.
