MORRIS – State Senator Sue Rezin continues to push for a bill that would allow the Department of Natural Resources to charge for parking at Starved Rock State Park. Sen Rezin said Monday that she’ll reach out to members of the state senate who voted no on the bill to see if she can get any more votes, however, she cautioned that the Illinois House would likely be forced to remove the language regarding an exemption of the fee for LaSalle County residents if the bill was going to be passed.
