PERU – Peru City Council members approved a construction easement on Plank Road on Monday night. City Engineer Eric Carls explained that this temporary construction easement was in conjuncture with the work being done on Peoria Street. He explained that the next step with widening Plank Road is the relocation of power poles to north of the Armory from Luther Drive.
