PERU – Intermittent lane closures for seal coating roads through Peru will begin on Thursday. According to IDOT, the project will be completed in 2 phases. The first is expected to last four to six weeks from Midtown Road to I-80 and will affect the intersection at Midtown, Wenzel Road, 38th Street and south I-80 ramps. Phase 2 will last a month on Midtown Road south to the Illinois River Bridge, impacting Shooting Park Road and the Route 6 interchange.
