PONTIAC- The Livingston County Health Department Thursday said there is a new COVID-19 infection among the inmates at the Pontiac Correctional Center. The man in his 70’s is currently hospitalized. This is the fourth inmate to have tested positive since the pandemic began. Seven staff members of the facility have also previously tested positive. Countywide, 27 previously infected individuals have been released from isolation.
